You will guide performance management, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, with CPA preferred, and 8+ years in fund accounting, including 1–2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years progressive experience in fund accounting.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role with team management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead operational initiatives and KPI programs.

Responsibilities
