Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior leader to drive operational excellence in the fund accounting department. You will manage a team of accounting professionals, oversee complex client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services.

The role focuses on people management, process improvements, and maintaining client satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls are robust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive fund accounting or financial reporting experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience managing a team.

THIS ROLE

A leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within the fund accounting department. This role manages a team of accounting professionals, oversees complex client relationships, and ensures delivery of high‑quality accounting services. The position focuses on people management and operational efficiency while maintaining overall accountability for team performance and client satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or related field with at least 1–2 years leadership experience
• Strong understanding of fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Proficient in reviewing and approving complex financial reports and client deliverables
• Skilled in resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution to meet client deadlines and deliverables
