Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior technical accounting expert to lead complex fund accounting services, providing final review authority and strategic guidance on sophisticated client portfolios and advanced accounting modules.

You will act as the team’s technical authority, drive innovation, establish standards, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies while delivering coaching and stakeholder support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fund accounting or financial reporting or external audit.
• Expert in complex portfolios and advanced accounting modules.
• Subject matter expert in technical accounting with knowledge of standards.
• Proven leadership: workload planning, coaching, and driving development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for complex accounting matters.
• Perform final reviews of sophisticated deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive technical excellence, establish standards and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Provide technical guidance and stakeholder support for client-specific fund matters.
