Job summary

PM Consulting in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to oversee fund accounting operations, financial reporting, and client deliverables, with a strong focus on Private Equity and closed-end fund structures.

The role will lead and develop a team of fund accounting professionals, ensuring accurate, timely reporting across multiple engagements and reporting cycles while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 8+ years in fund accounting or fund administration, with PE or closed-end structures.
• 4+ years in direct team management across cycles and client engagements.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in fund accounting or fund administration, with a significant focus on Private Equity or closed-end fund structures.

• 4+ years of direct team management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain a team of fund accounting professionals across multiple reporting cycles and client engagements simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of fund accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational processes.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.
