Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a seasoned Fund Servicing Analyst for Trades within Securities Services Operations. You will oversee daily fund accounting trade processing, perform reconciliations for ETD products, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless end-to-end trade handling.

You will leverage Bloomberg and BlackRock Aladdin, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and maintain high accuracy under pressure while adhering to SEC rules and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting trade processing or NAV.
• Experience with trade processing systems like Bloomberg or BlackRock Aladdin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fund accounting trade team and ensure accurate, timely trade processing.
• Perform positions and total equity reconciliations for ETD products.
• Meet team targets and monitor performance; prepare reports for senior management.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to SOPs; resolve processing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with OSD, NAV VAL and other departments to ensure end-to-end trade processing.

As a Fund Servicing Analyst for Trades within the Securities Services Operations team, you are responsible for the capture & validations of fund accounting trades ensuring its proper booking in fund accounting books. You will also perform a broker reconciliations for Exchange Traded Derivatives products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the fund accounting trade team, ensuring accurate and timely trade processing
• Perform positions and total equity reconciliations for ETD products
• Achieve team targets and monitor performance
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
• Resolve trade processing issues or discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with departments such as OSD and NAV VAL for seamless end-to-end trade processing
• Improve processes and procedures to boost efficiency and reduce risk
• Prepare and present regular team performance reports to senior management
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in fund accounting trade processing

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting trade processing, Middle office or fund accounting NAV
• Strong knowledge of trade processing systems, such as Bloomberg or BlackRock Aladdin
• Excellent team player with a proven track record
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders & team
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize competing demands
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, such as SEC rules, and best practices related to trade processing
