Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (e.g., trading, compliance, operations, and technology).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances to help ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate breaks and discrepancies, document findings, and drive timely resolution.
• Support accurate and timely trade processing, confirmation, and settlement activities.
• Monitor trade flows and follow up on exceptions through to closure.
• Maintain operational controls and complete required checks in line with procedures.
• Escalate operational risks, issues, and time-sensitive breaks to appropriate stakeholders.
• Partner with technology teams to support enhancements and issue resolution for trade processing tools.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve trade-related inquiries.
• Support trading and compliance partners with operational information, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce recurring breaks.

• Knowledge of financial markets and the end-to-end trade lifecycle
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose practical solutions
• Experience managing stakeholders globally across time zones and cultures, including negotiation and clear, professional communication
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
