Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA certification or active CPA status preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capability
• Ability to work in a busy, high-performance environment with tight deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain static data on the fund accounting system
• Capture/process trades, corporate actions, and admin transactions on the fund accounting system
• Perform daily securities pricing for client portfolios and upload to the FA system
• Calculate daily and monthly NAV for client funds/portfolios
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual client/regulator reports
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and submission per SLA
• Coordinate with clients and counterparties
• Prepare reconciliations and assist in audits
• Prepare FA client invoices and assist in collections
• Participate in automation and system enhancement projects
• Support BCM activities and maintain KOD/documents
• Escalate issues related to daily processes, reporting, NAV or controls
• Ensure adherence to internal/external process guidelines
