Job summary

Deutsche Bank Manila is seeking a Domestic Fund Services Analyst to support daily NAV calculations and client reporting. You will set up and maintain fund data, process trades and corporate actions, and ensure timely, accurate data delivery to clients and regulators.

Ideal candidates will have a CPA or accounting degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) status preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain static data on the FA system.
• Process trades, corporate actions and admin transactions in the FA system.
• Perform daily securities pricing and validate prices for NAV calculations.
• Calculate daily and monthly NAV for client funds/portfolios.
• Prepare reports for clients and regulators with supporting documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery per SLA to clients.
• Coordinate with clients and counterparties for reconciliations.
• Assist in audit schedules and FA-related reports.
• Prepare FA client invoices and assist in payments collection.
• Participate in automation projects and system enhancements.
• Support BCM activities and maintain Key Operating Documents.
• Escalate issues related to daily processes or NAV calculations.
• Ensure compliance with DB guidelines and robust control environment.
