Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a developing fund accounting professional to handle low to medium complexity portfolios. You’ll prepare fund accounting reports and standard client deliverables under guidance, developing technical knowledge and adhering to prescribed procedures.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support client onboarding, and participate in training programs while building competence through structured assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, performance analytics, or similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards; strong Excel skills.
• Clear communication and documentation of processes; proactive with process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund accounting reports, dashboards, and deliverables with accurate data entry and timely processing.
• Perform routine to moderately complex fund accounting calculations and validate supporting documents.
• Follow QC processes and risk mitigation, conduct self‑reviews and maintain checklists.
