Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Preparer to deliver accurate and timely fund accounting services for medium to moderately complex portfolios. You will prepare financial records, reconcile data, and produce client deliverables with attention to detail and quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (CPA preferred) and at least 3 years in fund accounting. A strong command of Excel and MS Office is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards; advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and deliver fund accounting reports and portfolio deliverables.
• Process, validate, and reconcile fund accounting transactions; perform calculations.
• Apply quality control and risk-mitigation procedures; investigate discrepancies.
• Support client onboarding, reporting enhancements, and UAT; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain operational documentation.
