Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking a mid-level fund accounting professional to deliver comprehensive fund accounting services with minimal supervision. You will handle low to medium complexity funds, focusing on core accounting processes and standard communications.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and NAV reports, maintaining fund books, processing capital calls and investor notices, and supporting SOP documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 1.5+ years in fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and fund structures.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and NAV reports per guidelines.
• Maintain fund books and perform daily bookkeeping.
• Process capital calls, distributions, and investor notices.
• Identify operational risks and document SOPs.
• Track progress with timesheets and participate in training.
