Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a developing accounting professional to prepare fund accounting services for low to medium complexity portfolios. The role involves routine to moderately complex tasks under guidance, focusing on established accounting processes and standard client deliverables.

You will build technical knowledge, follow prescribed procedures, and gain competence through structured assignments while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 1.5+ years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, performance analytics, or similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Excellent Excel and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund accounting reports, dashboards, and deliverables with accurate data entry and timely processing.
• Perform routine to moderately complex fund accounting calculations and validate documents.
• Follow quality controls and risk mitigation processes, maintaining checklists for accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client onboarding and change requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in training and UAT activities.
