Jrg Recruitment is seeking a seasoned civil/structural engineer to join a remote team delivering precast concrete solutions for global clients. You will design, analyze, and document precast products from your home office.

Working within a distributed team, you will mentor junior engineers, perform advanced calculations, and contribute to NPD initiatives while collaborating with manufacturing partners to ensure constructible designs and on-time project delivery.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
4–6 years of proven experience in structural engineering with a focus on precast concrete.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
Strong understanding of concrete structural design principles and industry standards.
Experience with finite element analysis software and BIM concepts.

Mansioni

Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation.
Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to implementation.
Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
