Job summary

DV Recruitment Group is seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with focus on precast concrete for a fully remote role from the Philippines. You will design, analyze, and review precast products, supporting NPD and safety initiatives while collaborating with global clients from your home office.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in structural engineering, expertise in CAD (SolidWorks preferred), FEA software, and BIM concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
4–6 years of proven experience in structural engineering with precast focus.
Proficiency in CAD software, SolidWorks preferred.
Experience with finite element analysis and BIM concepts.
Strong communication and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

Design and develop precast concrete products.
Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation.
Support lifting design development and safety compliance.
Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to implementation.
Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices.
