Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Engineer to bridge frontend interfaces with powerful ML back-ends. You will design APIs, implement RAG-based data flows, and deliver production-ready AI web apps. Collaboration spans across product, design, and operations to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes building responsive UI/UX for AI interactions, managing model integration, and maintaining DevOps practices across the lifecycle. 3+ years in IT/Telco preferred.

Qualifications

• More than 3-year experience in IT and Telco industries.
• 3-5 years in Full Stack Development with AI integration.
• At least 1-year experience in Testing Automation.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools: CI/CD, Terraform, JIRA, Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of project management discipline.
• AI/ML familiarity: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Cloud Infrastructure: GKE, Cloud Functions, DFCX.

Responsibilities

• Build both AI models logic and UI/APIs for integrated AI features.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces that interact with AI back-end.
• Implement RAG architectures and connect LLMs to real-time data sources.
• Design REST/GraphQL APIs to connect front-end with ML models.
• Turn raw AI models into polished user-facing software products.
• Participate in cross-functional planning and business reviews.
• Oversee DevOps/MLOps lifecycle, including CI/CD, code repos, cloud resources.
