EPITEX INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Nueva Ecija, Philippines, invites you to join as a Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend quality bedding products in a fast-paced store.

Build strong product knowledge, explain care and warranties, assist with financing options, keep displays updated, and help the team hit daily and monthly targets. Training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Full training will be provided.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Demonstrate expertise in beddings, including materials, types, and benefits.
• Guide customers through the selection process, providing detailed pricing, warranties, and financing information.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Job Highlights:

• 5-day work week
• Competitive base salary of up to $2,400 + commission, with potential to earn
  up to $4,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional
  manner. Understand their needs and provide personalized product
  recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in beddings, including materials,
  types, and benefits. Educate customers on product care, usage, and
  maintenance.
• Sales Support: Guide customers through the selection process, providing
  detailed information on pricing, warranties, and financing options.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  Regularly update product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in
  a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to
  achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a
  genuine interest in helping customers.
• Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
