Lap of Love, a veterinary hospice provider in Boston, MA, seeks an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian to serve Boston and surrounding areas. The role blends compassionate home-based care with flexible scheduling and balanced workload, allowing you to practice with purpose while maintaining personal well-being.

You'll join a network of 400+ veterinarians with onboarding, mentorship, and a 24/7/365 Support Center, while providing hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check post-hire and before start date.

*Veterinarian Salary Range

3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in the Boston, MA area. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $117,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $140,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.
