Job summary

AddaVolt is seeking an electrician to support EV charger installation and maintenance across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will assist from surveys to activation, following safety guidelines and AddaVolt procedures.

The role requires at least 6 months of electrician experience, TESDA NC II, and willingness to perform fieldwork and frequent travel; you must be physically fit and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as an electrician.
• TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
• Knowledge of wiring, breaker installation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and frequent travel.
• Physically fit and able to handle tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site surveys (breaker check, line tracing, load check)
• Install conduits, wiring, and breakers for EV charger setups
• Help mount and secure EV chargers according to standards
• Follow AddaVolt electrical installation procedures and safety guidelines
• Support basic troubleshooting (loose wiring, breaker trips, connectivity issues)
• Conduct initial tests during charger activation
• Take photo documentation and complete installation checklists
• Coordinate with operations team regarding schedule and materials
• Maintain safe and clean work practices in all site locations
