Job summary

Lemcon Philippines Inc is seeking a capable electrical installation technician to support field operations across project sites in the Philippines. The role requires basic knowledge of electrical installation and wiring, plus the ability to read wiring diagrams.

Candidates should be willing to travel, work in construction environments, and be safety-conscious, reliable, and team-oriented. TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage, as is EVCS experience.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage.
• 0Able to work under supervision of the Installation Manager/Site Engineer.
• 0EVCS or electrical installation experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical installation and wiring.
• Knowledge of cable pulling, cable termination, conduit installation, grounding, and breaker/panel installation.
• Basic ability to read electrical plans and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of structured cabling (UTP/Cat6), termination, labeling, and testing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Willing to work in construction and site environments.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different project sites.
• Physically fit and able to perform field installation work.
• Safety-conscious, hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented.

• TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) is an advantage.
