ReSource Pro is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to design and build scalable web applications across the entire technology stack. The ideal candidate will turn business requirements into reliable, secure, and user-friendly software, working closely with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers.

They should also be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid prototyping, MVP-oriented development scenarios, moving between front-end interfaces, back-end services, and data layers.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience.
Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable software.
Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Design and build software across the entire stack.
Collaborate with customers/partners to gather requirements and prototype solutions.
Fix bugs, implement features, and provide software support.
Optimize system architecture and design under mentorship.
Follow development processes and document artifacts in repositories.
