Maropost is seeking a bold full-stack Software Engineer to join our backend-focused team in the Philippines. You will work with engineers to extend our search and merchandising as a service product, using a PostgreSQL-based stack and modern tech such as Apache Pulsar.

We value collaboration, architectural design, and delivering scalable, high-quality software. You should have 3+ years of experience with Node.js and Vue.js, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of total work experience in software development.
• Hands-on full-stack development with Node.js.
• Frontend development with Vue.js and backend collaboration.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and write maintainable, readable code; refactor and re-architect where needed.
• Contribute to technical and product specs; collaborate on architecture and design decisions.
• Participate in code and spec reviews; provide and receive feedback.
• Test software for reliability and robustness.
• Occasionally contribute to frontend components or SDKs for end-to-end delivery.
