Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Makati City for a TypeScript-based multi-tenant SaaS. You will own features end-to-end, talking to users to decide what to build, design UX, and ship production code across the stack.

You’ll work in a fast-growing startup with autonomy, solving ambiguous problems without waiting for detailed specs, a designer, or a product manager. This is a hands-on, end-to-end ownership role in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a senior individual contributor in startup environments.
• Deep TypeScript & Web Stack expertise across frontend, backend, API design, data modeling, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, in a multi-tenant SaaS.
• Proven experience turning rough wireframes into production-ready code.
• Ability to build usable, intuitive UI and clear user flows independently.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, vector embeddings, and resume parsing with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Code across the entire TypeScript stack (frontend, backend, and cloud) and own production ownership.
• Talk directly with recruiters and hiring teams to understand workflows and gather feedback on live features.
• Make practical product calls within your domain, aligning with the Tech Lead's direction.
• Turn complex user problems into clean flows, wireframes, and working UI without a dedicated designer.
• Own core ATS/CRM workflows: candidate pipelines, sourcing, postings, scheduling, offers, and talent workflows.
• Build AI-driven features (automated sourcing, screening, candidate matching) using AI coding tools daily.

About the role

We build recruitment software: an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment CRM, delivered as a TypeScript-based multi-tenant SaaS built for multi-country deployment. We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team as a hands-on individual contributor who owns product areas end-to-end. In this role, you won't just execute tickets—you will talk directly to users, decide what to build, design the user experience, and ship production code across the entire stack. This is an early-startup style engineering role. You will operate with high autonomy, taking ambiguous user problems to shipped software without waiting for a detailed spec, a designer, or a product manager.

Key responsibilities

• Code across the entire TypeScript stack (frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure) and maintain full operational ownership of what you ship in production
• Talk directly with recruiters and hiring teams to understand workflows, test hypotheses, and gather feedback on live features
• Make practical product calls within your domain—deciding what to build, what to cut, and what quality looks like, aligned with the Tech Lead's direction
• Turn complex user problems into clean flows, wireframes, and working UI without relying on a dedicated designer
• Own core workflows across the ATS and CRM, including candidate pipelines, sourcing, job postings, interview scheduling, offer management, and talent workflows
• Build AI-driven features (automated sourcing, screening, candidate matching) while actively using AI coding tools in your daily development

About you

• 5+ Years Experience as a senior individual contributor in startup environments, ideally taking features or products from 0 to 1
• Deep TypeScript & Web Stack Expertise: solid experience across frontend, backend, API design, data modeling, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring in a multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Proven experience taking features from raw user conversations and rough wireframes all the way through to shipped, production-ready code
• Ability to build usable, intuitive UI and clear user flows independently
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, vector embeddings, and features like resume parsing, paired with daily use of AI development assistants
• Comfortable navigating codebases you didn't write, working through ambiguity, and taking direct responsibility for production outcomes
