Job summary

Maria Health in Manila is building its next-generation operations platform — AI-powered, cloud-native, and built to transform benefits administration. We seek an engineer who can own the platform end to end, spanning frontend, backend, and APIs, with a focus on delivering scalable, production-grade software from day one.

You will collaborate with Platform and AI engineers, Product Lead, and UX/UI designers; bring security, performance, and robust testing to every layer; and contribute to the

Qualifications

• 3-5 years shipping and maintaining production full-stack applications.
• Backend: Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Node.js/Express
• Frontend: Vue.js or React — component design, state management, accessibility, performance
• Security-minded thinking about how data is handled, stored, and transmitted
• Testing and debugging across the stack, from UI to data layer
• Docker, Git, and clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates

Responsibilities
