Apex Group in Makati (Manila), Philippines is seeking 3 Full Stack Developers to join our team in our Manila office. You will work on enterprise-scale applications using the .NET ecosystem with C#, EF, and SQL, and contribute to high-quality, well-tested code.
Ideal candidates have strong experience in .NET Framework & .NET Core, testing with xUnit/NUnit, and hands-on agile practice. This role is on-site in Manila with 4 days in the office and morning shift requirements.
Location : Makati (Manila), Philippines This is NOT a remote role. You would be comfortable working morning shift hours and 4 days in the office.

About the role:
We are looking for 3 Full Stack Developers.
You would bring strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in modern software engineering practices, with a particular focus on the .NET ecosystem (both .NET Framework and .NET Core). The ideal candidates will demonstrate solid proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and SQL, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications across the full stack. Experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit is essential, along with a strong commitment to writing clean, reliable, and well-tested code.
In this role you would be working closely with Apex Group ‘s New Zealand team and be based in our Manila office.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design, build, and enhance enterprise‑scale applications used by global investment operations
Write clean, maintainable, high‑performance code that solves meaningful business problems
Collaborate with your squad in refinement sessions, influencing technical and solution design
Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, and high‑quality delivery
Improve system reliability, data integrity, and security across platforms
Elevate code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous refactoring
Mentor teammates and share knowledge to raise the bar across the engineering group
Partner closely with internal stakeholders, bringing a strong service‑delivery mindset
What You Bring
Strong experience in the .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework & .NET Core)
Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and SQL
Experience with xUnit or NUnit and a focus on testable, reliable code
Proven ability to break down complex problems and deliver practical solutions
Hands‑on experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
Solid grasp of modern software development methodologies and architectures
Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bonus Points If You Have
Exposure to Angular or React, Tailwind, and Design Systems (e.g. Storybook)
Experience with Dapper, Liquibase, or database migration tools
Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem, including CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git
Experience with Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, or automated testing tools (Playwright, Cucumber, Gherkin)
Background in financial services or investment platforms
Knowledge of WCF, N‑Tier, or Clean Architecture (Onion / Hexagonal)
