MicroSourcing is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our hybrid team in Mall of Asia, Pasay, Metro Manila. The role focuses on building and maintaining web and mobile applications, with emphasis on PWAs, APIs, and integrations with enterprise platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will collaborate with analysts and engineers in a fast-paced environment and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement.

Your Role:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business-critical web and mobile applications.
• Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work within existing distributed and shared codebases while adhering to established development standards and version control practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and development processes.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript development.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and the Flask framework.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
• Experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing existing production codebases.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

• Experience using Prisma ORM.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based environments and deployment pipelines.
• Experience working within agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, or operations‑driven industries.
• Knowledge of distributed or sharded system architectures.
• Exposure to DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with application performance optimization and scalability initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
