Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks an AI Specialist/Data Scientist to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI applications, GenAI solutions, and AI agents.

The role spans front-end, back-end, AI orchestration, model integration, and cloud deployment to deliver measurable business value. You will work with business stakeholders, data scientists, AI architects, UX designers, platform engineers, and DevOps to transform requirements into robust AI products and reusable services accelerating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in data science, CS, Math/Statistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years delivering production-grade AI or data-centric applications.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.
• Experience with GenAI, RAG, and AI agent solutions.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure/AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade AI-powered applications.
• Build GenAI apps using LLMs, RAG, vector DBs and agent orchestration.
• Develop front-end interfaces with React.js and secure UX.
• Create backend services and RESTful APIs in Python.
• Integrate OpenAI models into production apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document interfaces.
• Ensure Responsible AI governance and compliance.
