Job summary

HS Financial Technologies in the Philippines is seeking an AI-focused Full Stack Developer to design and build end-to-end applications that use generative AI models and agentic architectures. You will balance hands-on development with high-level design decisions to deliver production-ready solutions.

You will work with product owners to translate insights into product improvements, develop both frontend and backend features, and ensure code quality, testing, and deployment with CI/CD and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• At least four years delivering production applications.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and architecture.
• Experience with Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend JS frameworks, especially Angular.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and large datasets.
• Experience with tests (unit/integration/acceptance) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered workflows and data models.
• Integrate third-party APIs to embed AI capabilities into apps.
• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements across processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and end users to translate insights into product improvements.
• Develop both frontend and backend features.
• Develop code that meets quality and testing standards.
