Job summary

Snappr Inc. is seeking a seasoned SEM manager in the Philippines to manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns for self-service and enterprise clients.

You will partner with designers and the social media team, test new Google betas, refine conversion tracking, and build reporting segments to drive revenue while onsite in Ortigas.

Strong analytical skills, English fluency, and a hands-on mindset are essential to succeed in this growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SEM management experience.
• 2+ years of agency experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of search campaigns and building accounts from scratch.
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts including reporting, testing, optimization and growth.
• Research, learn, and test new betas and technologies for Google Ads.
• Develop growth strategies to increase conversions, sales and revenue from PPC ads.
• Coordinate with designers and social media teams to create displays and YouTube ads for self-service and enterprise ads.
• Improve ad copy and landing page performance, testing new copy and optimizing landing page conversions.
• Demonstrate ownership of Snappr’s growth and drive results.
