Job summary

PFCC in Quezon City is seeking a Dynamic and results-oriented Account Specialist to manage the full sales cycle, lead generation, account penetration, and collections. You will build relationships, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth while ensuring timely receivables.

The role focuses on on-site collaboration, managing aging accounts, and coordinating with finance to set credit terms and collect payments according to policy. 1-3 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• On-site in Quezon City with 1–3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in debt collection or high-volume sales environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through online sources, referrals, cold calls, and networking.
• Qualify inbound leads and initiate contact with prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and track outreach activities.
• Develop and present tailored pitches to key decision-makers.
• Navigate complex buying structures and connect with multiple stakeholders.
• Customize proposals and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Close opportunities and hand off to implementation or account teams.
• Account maintenance: serve as primary contact for existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services as needed.
• Monitor activity and resolve issues to minimize churn.
• Oversee aging of accounts and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Coordinate with finance to evaluate creditworthiness and set limits.
• Resolve billing discrepancies quickly to avoid delays in collection.
• Maintain records of collections and update on balances and risks.
