Job summary

HR Network Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist/Admin Officer to oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records in General Trias, Cavite. You will support payroll processes, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The role requires practical experience in HR operations, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle employee inquiries with tact. On-site work in General Trias is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Psychology is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Admin Officer.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs or applications.
• Willing to report on-site in General Trias, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Manage employee records and HR related documents
• Support payroll processing and compensation-related activities
• Handle employee benefits and government-mandated contributions
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and other employee concerns
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Handle general office administration and coordination
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment requirements
