Job summary

GLOBAL PACIFIC DISTRIBUTION NETWORK CORP in Metro Manila seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily fulfillment operations, coordinating picking, packing, receiving, stocking and shipping to meet order targets and carrier cut-off times.

You will mentor associates on WMS tools, perform cycle counts for accuracy, enforce 5S safety standards, and coordinate daily carrier pickups to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics with leadership qualities.
• Familiarity with major shipping carriers.
• College graduate; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside floor associates to perform picking, packing, receiving, stocking, and shipping tasks.
• Oversee shift start-ups and daily huddles to communicate daily order targets, priority orders, and task assignments.
• Monitor order queues and workflow on the warehouse floor, dynamically adjusting task distribution to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments meet carrier cut-off times and strict quality control standards.
• Guide, support, and mentor fulfillment associates on daily processes and operational standards.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members on WMS tools, handheld scanners, and SOPs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for associates experiencing system errors, inventory discrepancies, or roadblocks.
• Foster a positive, cooperative, and high-energy team environment on the floor.
• Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Inspect incoming stock for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Perform quality checks at packing stations to verify correct items, packaging, and shipping labels.
• Assist with processing returned items (reverse logistics) according to company guidelines.
• Enforce warehouse safety rules, proper ergonomic lifting techniques, and clean workstation protocols (5S).
• Inspect warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Coordinate daily pickups with shipping carriers and couriers.
