Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Fulfillment Manager in Laguna Biñan to lead end-to-end digital order fulfillment from release to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency in a high-volume warehouse environment.

You will drive capacity planning, manage frontline teams, coordinate with IT, Inventory, Transportation, and other functions, and implement process improvements to enhance service levels and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Relevant managerial experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations or omnichannel.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume order fulfillment operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily e-commerce fulfillment operations including release, picking, packing, sorting, staging and dispatch.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately within service levels and cut-off times.
• Develop daily operational and manpower plans based on volume and forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs such as processing time, productivity, accuracy, backlog and on-time dispatch.
• Manage backlogs and exceptions with recovery and escalation plans.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues and variances.
• Partner with Transportation, Marketplace, Customer Service, IT and others to ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Lead capacity planning and efficient use of manpower, equipment and space.
• Establish SOPs, work instructions and productivity standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous-improvement initiatives.

About the role

The E-commerce Fulfillment Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end fulfillment operations of Watsons' e-commerce distribution center. The role ensures that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed—from order release, picking, packing, and staging through dispatch and handover to delivery partners. The position will lead a high-volume operation, manage manpower and resources, monitor service and productivity performance, and implement process improvements that strengthen order accuracy, fulfillment speed, cost efficiency, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily e-commerce fulfillment operations, including order release, picking, packing, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within established service-level and cut-off requirements.
• Develop daily operational and manpower plans based on order volume, demand forecasts, promotions, campaigns, and peak-season requirements.
• Monitor fulfillment KPIs such as order processing time, productivity, order accuracy, backlog, cancellation rate, cost per order, and on-time dispatch.
• Manage order backlogs and operational exceptions by implementing appropriate recovery and escalation plans.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to resolve stock discrepancies, inventory availability issues, short picks, damages, and system variances.
• Partner with Transportation, Seller Support, Marketplace, Commercial, Customer Service, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Lead capacity planning and ensure the efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, workstations, and warehouse space.
• Establish, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, process controls, and productivity standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous-improvement initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, quality, capacity, and cost.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant managerial experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or omnichannel operations.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume order fulfillment operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, marketplace, third-party logistics, or a similarly fast-paced industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of picking, packing, sorting, staging, dispatch, inventory coordination, capacity planning, and workforce management.
• Proven experience leading supervisors and a sizable frontline or warehouse team.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, service levels, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, order management systems, ERP platforms, automation, and fulfillment technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
