Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Fulfilment Assistant to assist the Fulfilment Officer with post-approval and pre-booking activities for the assigned Sales counterpart.

The role involves ensuring accurate document generation, reviewing credit approvals, generating housing loan documents, and coordinating documentary requirements to facilitate timely booking of accounts in Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in credit and lending, operations, risk management and banking products/services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work at Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate document generation and documentary deficiencies compliance of accounts with issued Bank Guaranty.
• Check and review credit approval prior to preparation of loan documents.
• Generate loan documents for housing loan transactions.
• Monitor and follow up from Sales compliance of document deficiencies for accounts with issued Letter of Guaranty.
• Ensure timely booking of accounts and adherence to standard documentary requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with Sales counterpart to complete documentary requirements for booking of accounts.
• Monitor safekept critical collateral documents for mortgage annotation.
• Ensure booking process is fully completed per standard Bank procedures.
• Handle regularization/submission to LSR of documentary deficiencies after loan release.
• Prepare and request incentive payout for accounts referred by Brokers/Developers with no deviation.

The Fulfilment Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the Fulfilment Officer in providing full operational support related to post approval and pre-booking activities to his assigned Sales counterpart.

Main Accountabilities

• Ensures accurate document generation and documentary deficiencies compliance of accounts with issued Bank Guaranty
• Checks and reviews credit approval prior to preparation of loan documents
• Generates loan documents for all types of housing loan transactions
• Monitors and follow ups from Sales compliance of document deficiencies for accounts with issued Letter of Guaranty
• Ensures timely booking of accounts and adherence to the standard documentary requirements & process of the Bank
• Coordinates with Sales counterpart (Account Officer/Marketing Assistant) completion of documentary requirements necessary to facilitate booking of accounts
• Monitoring of safekept critical collateral documents such as original title and tax documents necessary for annotation of Bank's mortgage
• Ensures that booking process is fully completed in accordance with standard procedures of the Bank
• Handles regularization/submission to LSR of any documentary deficiencies after release of loan
• Prepares and requests incentive pay-out for all accounts referred by Brokers and Developers with no deviation

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking equivalent

• Knowledgeable in regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and other bank products, processes and policies.
