Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer to lead and supervise the telecom design team in planning, development, and delivery of FTTH/FTTX and OSP network projects across assigned areas.

You will manage workloads, design outputs, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, provide technical guidance to designers, and monitor project progress from Survey through As-Built Plan. The role requires field validation, site visits when required, and strict adherence to company standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Civil) or related field.
• 1–2 years of telecom design experience, FTTH/FTTX or OSP deployments.
• Experience spanning multiple areas or provinces.
• Strong skills in survey, HLD, LLD, RTA and As-Built planning.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Google Earth and common design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the telecom design team through planning, development and delivery of FTTH/FTTX and OSP projects.
• Assign workloads, guide designers, and monitor design outputs and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, site engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Conduct field validation and site coordination to verify survey data and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
