Job summary

You will escalate complex problems to B3 or Engineering with clear evidence, and use AI-assisted troubleshooting tools and digital workflows to drive reliability

Qualifications

• Technical/Vocational diploma or Associate degree in a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of frontline test or maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently within defined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Detect and troubleshoot routine equipment issues and verify safe operation.
• Perform PM, calibration support, and equipment checks.
• Escalate complex problems with documented evidence to engineering.
• Maintain downtime data and support RCA activities.
