Job summary

Persol Outsourcing is partnering with a major Singapore transport statutory board to recruit vibrant and service‑oriented Customer Service Officers. You will attend to customer inquiries, manage cashiering tasks, and support daily operations at Yishun/Marsiling MRT, with rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 off) and attractive allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of Cashiering and Customer Service experience.
• A good team player with cheerful personality and positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customers’ enquiries.
• Manage facilities and run system operations.
• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly.
• Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report.
• Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground.
• Carry out any other tasks when needed.
