Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Boracay seeks a entry-level Front Office Associate to join the luxury hotel team on the island of Boracay. You will handle check-in/out, guest communications, and ensure accurate records in the PMS, delivering a personal touch to every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; training experience in a luxury/resort is preferred.
• Preferably with knowledge in Opera system
• Fluent in English
• Completed Bachelor's degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management

Responsibilities

• Execute guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately, including room assignments, payment processing, and key distribution
• Manage guest communications professionally, including phone calls, emails, messages, and special requests with attention to detail
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations in the property management system (Opera or similar platforms)
• Provide concierge services and comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation arrangements
• Process various payment methods securely and reconcile daily transactions
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Process and distribute guest mail and packages in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
