Qualifications

• Candidate must graduate from any 4-year course.
• Personality should be pleasing and professional.
• Location near work site preferred.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client calls and visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promote e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinate with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handle OTC transactions per company guidelines.
• Follow escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Perform start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing).
• Prepare and submit accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits at the bank to maintain cash levels.
• Report transaction errors and discrepancies promptly.
