Vantage Financial Corporation is recruiting a Front Line Associate at our Naga branch to handle daily customer service, cash transactions, and cross-sell services including Western Union. You will engage customers, maintain accuracy, and support branch operations.

The role requires 4-year degree holders, a pleasant personality, and willingness to work at a busy frontline location. On-site duties include cash handling, reporting, and daily branch routines.

Qualifications

• Candidates with customer service experience are preferred.
• Cash handling experience is an advantage though not required.
• Graduate of any four-year course is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promote e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinate with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handle OTC transactions per company guidelines.
• Follow escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Perform start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing).
• Prepare and submit accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits to maintain optimal cash levels.
