MINDPRO RETAIL INC. Affliate of SM Retail is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to oversee checkout operations and staff scheduling at our retail locations in the Philippines.

This role ensures smooth customer service during peak hours and reliable cash handling with secure terminal operations. The ideal candidate has a business-related degree, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience with cash registers and payment methods like Gcash.

Competenze

• Candidates must have at least a college degree in business-related fields or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, open-mindedness, fairness and strong communication skills.
• Strong management skills with experience in scheduling cashiers and baggers.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Experience with computerized cash register systems, gift cards and debit/credit card transactions, Gcash and cashiering.
• Front-end supervisor experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Maintain customer service level at the check out by properly scheduling front end staff.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer service level at the check out within the standards by ensuring front end staff is properly scheduled based on productivity


• Ensuring that all check outs are manned on peak hours


• Queuing at the check out is maintained at a maximum 3 customers


• Ensure that all payment terminals are in good working condition (credit card/debit card, gift cards and Gcash)


• Ensure control standards and processes are executed at the front end by ensuring complete turn over of cash and sales tender to treasury at the end of the day


• Reported cashiers shortages and overages incurred


• Analyze working of staff and recommend changes to initiate better outcome


• Ensure compliance to all government polices and implement processes accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least College degree in any business related courses or its equivalents


• Excellent customer service skills, open-mindedness, fairness and the ability to listen and has good communication skills


• Excellent management skills with demonstrated ability in managing work schedule of cashiers and baggers


• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment


• With prior expertise in computerized cash register system, gift card and debit/credit card transactions, gcash and cashiering.


• Experienced as Front-end supervisor is an advantaged.
