MINDPRO RETAIL INC. Affliate of SM Retail is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to oversee checkout operations and staff scheduling at our retail locations in the Philippines.

This role ensures smooth customer service during peak hours and reliable cash handling with secure terminal operations. The ideal candidate has a business-related degree, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience with cash registers and payment methods like Gcash.

Competenze

• Candidates must have at least a college degree in business-related fields or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, open-mindedness, fairness and strong communication skills.
• Strong management skills with experience in scheduling cashiers and baggers.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Experience with computerized cash register systems, gift cards and debit/credit card transactions, Gcash and cashiering.
• Front-end supervisor experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Maintain customer service level at the check out by properly scheduling front end staff.
• Ensure all check outs are manned during peak hours.
• Queue management to keep 3 customers at checkout.
• Ensure payment terminals (credit/debit, gift cards, Gcash) are working.
• Ensure cash handling and turnover to treasury at day end.
• Report cashier shortages and overages.
• Analyze staff performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with government policies and processes at the front end.
