Job summary

TrueNAS is hiring a Program Manager, Business Operations (Front-End) to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Lifecycle teams. You will drive high-impact operational improvements, implement enabling technologies, and deliver end-to-end program delivery from vendor selection through adoption.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with VPs across functions. This in-office position is based in Makati with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, project management, business operations, consulting, or similar roles.
• 2+ years leading process design/implementation and/or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing multiple projects with measurable delivery outcomes.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders and presenting updates, risks, and decisions.
• Experience creating and managing program artifacts (charters, RAID logs, comms plans).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and scope operational improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Product operations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of concurrent programs—from vendor evaluation to implementation and adoption.
• Lead vendor evaluation for front-end tools (Salesforce, Arena PLM, marketing automation).
• Develop deep working knowledge of front-end platforms to guide tradeoffs and planning.
• Plan software implementations: scope, timeline, data migration, integration, go-live readiness.
• Design future-state sales processes, marketing workflows, and PLM processes.
