Responsibilities

• Maintains the excellent customer service at the check-out.
• Effectively handles customer feedback.
• Ensures that the control standards and processes are implemented at the front-end covering cash turn over to the Treasury.
• Accountable for the front-end assets management.
• Database maintenance.
