Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu is seeking a Front-End Engineer to design and build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks in a hybrid work setup.

You will translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code, optimize for speed and cross‑browser compatibility, and integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services. The role also includes automated testing and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Understanding of performance optimization and web accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
