MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is looking for a Front-End Developer to build responsive web interfaces using modern frontend technologies. You will convert UI/UX designs into reusable code and ensure performance and scalability.

You will collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experiences in an on-site role at our Metro Manila offices. A degree in CS/IT and 2–5 years of frontend experience are preferred.

Your Role

As a Front-End Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing features to improve user experience and reliability.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in frontend development
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with TypeScript and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite)
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility best practices
• Exposure to frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
