Your Role

As a Back-End Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend applications and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into efficient server-side logic and database structures.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing backend services to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in backend development using languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Proficiency with Git and standard development workflows

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT)
• Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
