• Administrative Tasks: Update patient records, process financial transactions, handle billing, and manage invoices.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required; completion of a Veterinary Assistant or Medical Office Assistant program is a strong asset.
• Previous front-desk, customer service, or animal handling experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and clear communication style.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with veterinary practice software.
