Qualifications

• Self-motivated and reliable with KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors virtually with strong customer service.
• Check patients into the EMR and collect payments (deductibles, copayments, balances).
• Verify patient insurance eligibility for medical benefits.
• Review demographics and intake paperwork for completeness; update EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments according to treatment plans and ensure future bookings.
• Direct patients to treatment areas and manage front office flow.
• Communicate effectively with in-office staff.
