Beauty 100 Wellness Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Singapore outlet. You’ll greet clients, manage bookings, and handle inquiries to ensure a warm, 5-star first impression.

We value a friendly, professional communicator who can multitask during peak hours. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Expect 4–5 weekdays plus Saturday, 10AM–8PM, with incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or front desk executive in similar industry.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and appointment systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with a bright smile and professional manner.
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and daily schedules.
• Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and client queries.
• Support team with data entry, forms, and filing.
• Maintain a clean, inviting front desk and lounge area.
• Coordinate client flow and handover between consultants and therapists.
• Assist in daily sales closing reports and basic payment handling.
