Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients professionally.
• Check appointments, retrieve records, coordinate with doctors/technicians.
• Escort clients to consultation or treatment areas as needed.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales.
• Handle payments (cash, card, digital) and ensure daily collections.
• Manage incoming calls for bookings, rescheduling, or cancellations.
